Shipping Policy
Delivery Timelines
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Domestic deliveries (India) usually take 3-5 business days. For customized orders or special collections, delivery may take up to 7-10 business days.
Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999 within India. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking link and courier details. You can also track your order via the "My Account" section on our website.
Returns & Exchanges
7-Day Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with the fit or style, we offer a hassle-free 7-day exchange policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.
How to Return?
Log in to your account, go to "My Orders," and click on "Request Return/Exchange." Our courier partner will pick up the package from your doorstep within 48 hours.
Refunds
For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of quality check. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer.
