7-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. Requests raised after 7 days may not be accepted.
Eligibility
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and invoice where applicable.
Return Reasons
- Damaged or defective item received
- Incorrect item, color, or size delivered
- Item significantly different from the product description
- Fit or size concern, subject to product eligibility
Items Not Eligible For Return
- Final sale products unless damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Customized, altered, or made-to-order products
- Products that are worn, washed, perfumed, stained, or damaged after delivery
- Products missing tags, packaging, or invoice details
How To Request A Return
- Log in to your account and open the order details.
- Select Request a Return and share the reason.
- Attach clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Pack the item securely for pickup or courier return after approval.
Quality Check
All returned items are inspected after receipt. Refunds or exchanges are processed only after the item passes quality check.
